Most synth patches here are old and in raw sysex format, so you'll need something like Cakewalk, Dumpster, SEX or pretty much anything that can send out the file "as is" to a synth. Apparently there is also a ZIP utility for the Mac although some Mac people have told me to use something called Stuffit.

Many thanks to Jochen Nies for converting the Cubase mixermaps to Mac format - now includes all the mixermaps - cheers Joker!
